Jon Thomas
With family members in practice in all aspects of the dental field- from general dentistry to maxillofacial surgery, I always felt called to work in the field, as well. Dental health has been the family business for over 90 years. My brothers are two of Michigan’s top dental professionals (Dr. Timothy Thomas, DDS) and oral surgeons (Dr. Gregory Thomas, DDS. OS/MS). However, without the guidance and expertise of our father, Dr. Victor Thomas, DDS, we would not be where we are today!
After completing my degree in dental technology at Ferris State University, I opened my own laboratory in 1983. This proceed an internship at Mason Laboratory and a short period of working at other labs, where I realized I could provide much better products and service on my own. In 2017, I pursued continuing my education in dental technology by accepting an invitation to the prestigious Zimmer Institute located in Carlsberg, California. This allowed me to become certified in Zimmer-based platforms and techniques. I have been practicing in Livonia for over 36 years, but continue to expand my knowledge base and expertise in the ever-changing field of dental restorations. To increase the availability of our services, we utilize UPS shipping and pick-up for clients outside of our normal service zones.
